Corporate Coaching for Senior Executives
This type of coaching is usually tied to the company's strategic initiatives, succession planning and/or retention strategies.The coach will meet with both corporate representatives and each individual being coached to determine the desired outcomes, set out the scope of work, and put performance metrics in place.Includes:
Two in-person meetings, including setting out the scope of work and the final reviewInterim reporting frameworkIn-person meeting with the persons being coached. Face-to-face interviews with a minimum of six colleagues and/or direct reportsJob shadowing for a full day. Establishing specific and measurable goals. Creating a Personal Development Plan. Coaching sessions twice monthly for a minimum of one year. Minimum of two assessments. Unlimited e-mail support during the contract period.
Optional: Establishment of an internal mentoring program
This type of coaching can be viewed as a bonus and a sign of significant recognition. In other cases it can be remedial. It primarily focuses on enhancing performance and developing leadership or team-building skills. The coach works in conjunction through Human Resources or another senior executive. Meetings are usually held by telephone. Includes:Telephone meetings with corporate representative(s) to establish the desired outcome and reporting requirementsAn initial telephone coaching session with the client to set the framework or the coaching relationship. Establishing specific and measurable goalsCreating a Personal Development PlanMinimum of eighteen one-hour personal Coaching SessionsUnlimited e-mail support during the contract periodOptional, for an additional fee: Job shadowing Telephone interviews with a minimum of six colleagues/direct reports.
PERSONAL EXECUTIVE COACH
This type of coaching is initiated by the individual and paid for personally. ENHANCED SEMINAR PACKAGE*
This is a Signature Seminar Product*.
Stand alone seminars, although educational and entertaining, do not have the long-term retention as those supplemented by executive coaching. We highly recommend adding at least one or perhaps more coaching sessions for each your participants. This will ensure they begin the process of incorporating the course material into their daily routine, establishing objectives for personal behavioral change and ultimately incorporating the learning into their Personal Development Plan.
CREATE YOUR OWN PROGRAM
We encourage you to create your own unique program. A wide variety of assessment tools are available that make team-building and leadership workshops fun and insightful. All sessions are either face to face or on phone. The client is supposed to dial the number or connect Skype which will be given in the confirmation mail. We are not responsible for phone or internet line failure or disconnection/s. All appointments will be confirmed only after receipt of session fees in case of single session and package fees in case of package in advance. Absentee at the time of appointment will be considered as session taken.
